Me and a friend decided to grab a takeaway from here one Saturday eve.
Handy for me as it's just a 5 minute walk away from home, so we made the walk there and ordered our food in person.
I was surprised it wasn't that busy for a Saturday eve.
Anyways, as a main I went for the Sherpa Lamb and it was delicious!
Maybe not a hot as it stated on the menú, but the lamb was aplenty and melted in your mouth!
The sauce was thick, packed with flavour and full of fresh tomatoes, onion, herbs and big chunks of potatoes also.
To accompany the curry I had a mushroom rice and this side was also very good!
Full of pieces of mushroom and tasty.

So, overall a very positive first experience at this new restaurant and I enjoyed everything! 5 stars deserved.
If you're local and in walking distance give it a go! Friendly staff too! :)
🍽️ What a hidden gem 💎 this place is ! Is easy to miss driving by on the main road, but boy is it worth a visit ! A lovely family welcome and really good personal table service. Low key and simple decor inside but the food was absolutely flawless, full of flavour and cooked to perfection. We got to try dishes we have never had at other curry houses before as the menu is curiously unusual, unique and bespoke. The Lasuni Kukhura I had was one of the best currys I’ve eaten and the Sherpa Lamb my Wife had was bursting with flavours and was equally as good too. Fantastic service, made to feel welcomed and valued and very good with food for our two young daughters as well. Will be back ! Thank you 🙏🏼

I've eaten here and ordered takeaway on three occasions now and realised I haven't left a review yet! The food here is excellent. Each dish is distinctly spiced and flavourful, the meat has always been good quality and infused with the dish flavours. We've tried different main dishes every time and haven't been disappointed with any of them. If you like spicy food, the hot dishes have a proper kick. They're at a disadvantage based on their location, so I would really love to see more people visit/order from them so they stick around! The staff are friendly and efficient, too. I'm looking forward to the next visit!
